By creating an account and using Voice Ancestry, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

You must be:

• At least 13 years old to create an account
• At least 18 years old to purchase a premium subscription
• Authorized to share any content you upload

✅ YOU OWN YOUR CONTENT 100%

All voice recordings, photos, videos, stories, and family data you upload remain YOUR property. We NEVER claim ownership of your family memories.

You grant us permission to:

• Store and backup your content securely
• Process it with AI for transcription and analysis
• Display it back to you in our app
• Deliver posthumous messages on your scheduled dates
• Share content YOU mark as "public" in Discovery Hub

Important: You're responsible for having permission to share any content you upload, especially photos and recordings of other people.

Free Plan: Posthumous Messages feature is FREE FOREVER. No credit card required.

Premium Plans:

• Monthly: $11.95/month
• Quarterly: $32.95 every 3 months (save $2.90)
• Yearly: $119.95/year (save $23.45 - 2 months free!)

Refunds: We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact us at billing@voiceancestry.com

You may NOT use Voice Ancestry to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or create fake family trees
• Spam or harass other users
• Scrape or copy other users' data
• Reverse engineer our AI systems
• Use the service for commercial genealogy without permission

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Forever Storage: By default, we preserve your family data forever. That's the whole point of Voice Ancestry!

Right to Delete: You can delete your account and all data anytime from your Profile page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

💡 Recommendation: Export your data before deletion (Profile → Export All Data) to keep a personal backup.

Voice Ancestry is provided "as is." While we work hard to ensure reliability:

• We cannot guarantee 100% uptime (though we strive for 99.9%)
• AI transcriptions may contain errors
• We're not liable for user-generated content accuracy
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

That said: We take our responsibility seriously and maintain multiple backups, security measures, and delivery systems to protect your legacy.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email.

Continued use of Voice Ancestry after changes means you accept the new terms.
